Here Are Some Answers to “Frequently Asked Questions”:

*You must be at least 21 years old to rent our property.

*We do not charge an additional Cleaning Fee.

*We charge 6.47% sales tax. Anyone not charging tax is breaking the law.

*If your total is over $300 you can make a $100 deposit for each unit you have rented and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

*You can pay with credit card or a personal check.

*We will send directions and check in information after we receive full payment.

*The prices on the website are directly below the pictures of the condos and cabins.

*We have great rates and Top Notch accommodations. We do not negotiate our rates.

*All information on www.bransonweekend.com is correct. Please don’t ask if it is. Example: It says on the website that you are 1 mile from SDC. Is that correct?

*We cannot hold the reservation until we receive the reservation form from our website

*We do not have an availability calendar that you can check. Fill out the reservation form and we will let you know if we have the days.

*Check in is anytime after 3:00 and Checkout is no later than 10:00. (some exceptions)

*You go directly to your unit. There is no office to check in.

*The keys are in a lock box by the front door and you will have the code to open it.

*All of the cabins and condos are at the same resort, Notch Estates.

*We have 5 log cabins, 5 condos and manage 12 for other owners at Notch Estates.

*All of the cabins and condos have access to our private lake, playground, pools etc.

*It is ¼ mile hike to the lake, you don’t need a license to fish, and you cannot drive to the lake.

*We are 1 mile from Silver Dollar City.

*It takes less than 10 minutes to get back into Branson and the Shows.

*We are not on Table Rock lake, but you can be at the lake in 10 minutes.

*All of our units have Free WiFi.

*Our kitchens have everything you will need except food.

*We furnish towels, linens, laundry detergent, soap, and paper products.

*We will send a lot of discount show and ticket information.

*Our cancellation policy is on the Reservation page of our website.

*You cannot build a fire outside, but we do have charcoal grills at each unit.

*We are Pet Free and Smoke Free but you can smoke outside.

*We can not make any exceptions for you to bring a pet.
